Most claims are now sent electronically, making the turnaround time very fast. It is hard to give an exact time, because insurance companies vary. Most claims will be paid anywhere between 14-28 days.
Upon negotiating the billing service contract, we will agree on a percentage of money collected. If a government contract is in place reimbursement is set according to the job description.
As a client, you will have 24-hour access to your accounts. You will be able to run reports and check patient accounts. We can also provide meeting services, to go over accounts and can create custom reporting for your unique business needs.
The first step is to give us a call. We will walk you through all the steps and provide a smooth process, with little to no down time on the collections of your claims.
